Our friends at Plumstadville Grange is holding TOMATO FEST in 8/16 - a full day of tomato-packed fun as we celebrate 300 years of Plumstead Township with family-friendly contests, canning demos, and a delicious farm to table dinner. Advocacy Action

On July 22, the House Appropriations Committee passed HR 4754, the fiscal year 2026 Interior and Environment Appropriations Act. The bill contains many provisions detrimental to the environment, including sections on pesticide use and "forever chemicals," read more and find out what you can do.

 

 

Natural Ultra-Processed Ingredients?

Recent news headlines announce campaigns to swap ultra processed ingredients for more “natural” ones in processed foods, for example, President Trump is calling for soda brands to use cane sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup or the FDA approving a natural blue food dye to replace artificial ones. These options sound great but are they really making food healthier?
